The cost of SAP services is a one time fee of $390.00. This covers both assessments, as well as all required paperwork. Full payment must be made prior to the initial evaluation. Cash, debit card, credit card or money order will be accepted.

 

I am also available to do alcohol and drug education for other SAPs making referrals in my area. Please call for rates as prices may be effected by number of hours required.
